Every D-I shot graded by when it came and what it was. Great is a rim attempt or a shot the shooter has a green light on. Average is a three he hasn't proven. Bad is a tough two or pull-up three he hasn't proven. A great look early should go up; an average or bad one early should wait. Turnovers and missed rim attempts are priced by what they cost the offense and what the opponent scores next.
