Refunds
If The Depth Chart isn't for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of Premium or Pro, monthly or yearly. You don't need to give a reason.
- The 14 days count from the date of your first charge.
- Renewals (later monthly or yearly charges) aren't refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- One first-purchase refund per member. Re-subscribing later doesn't restart the 14 days.
- A refund ends your paid access straight away and moves your account back to Free.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
- Coach's Tier is invoiced directly; refunds follow the terms of your agreement.
If something went wrong outside these rules, such as a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a plan that never unlocked, send a request anyway and we'll make it right.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your profile → Manage plan. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period.
